The Pioneer ID Card is your official identification while at the University of Denver. All DU constituents including students, faculty, staff and are required to carry their ID card while on campus. Below are key points about obtaining your DU Pioneer ID Card as well as updates regarding ID Office operations.
Do not hole-punch your DU ID Card - the entire card is a computer chip and will cease to function if hole punched, cut, folded, or damaged.
New students, faculty, and staff should submit photos digitally whenever possible. Photo submission instructions can be found here. Once a photo is accepted, you may pick up your card anytime during our business hours. Our office is located in the Driscoll Commons Building, 2050 East Evans Ave Suite 4, Denver CO 80210. If you cannot access the building upon your arrival, call us at 303-871-4545 and we will be able to assist you. If you are an all-online student you may have your ID Card mailed to you; please contact us at pcard@a220149.com for mailing assistance.
The first ID Card for all students, faculty and staff is provided free of charge. Replacement ID Cards are $30, billable by cash, check, or Flex, or if you are student we can add the fee to your student account. Flex is the best option for mailed replacement IDs, and Flex can be added to your card with a credit or debit card at this link. Although replacement cards are $30, mailing of replacement cards is free and does not cost extra.
Students and employees needing a replacement ID Card can visit our office in Driscoll South or can request a mailed replacement card. For more details, click here.
